At Alain Dupetit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your suit doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange any unworn item with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your return and issued your refund or exchange.
